This lens is designed with one aspherical element to help control distortion and spherical aberrations throughout the zoom range, creating consistent clarity and sharpness. Its Super Spectra coating applies to individual elements to control flare and ghosting for increased contrast and color accuracy in all lighting conditions.
The EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 III from is a 4x zoom with a lightweight design and compact form. This lens can shoot from portrait to medium telephoto fields of view, and has a DC micro motor to provide fast and accurate autofocus performance. Its Super Spectra coating applies to individual elements to reduce ghosting and lens flare to achieve accurate colors and high contrast. A seven-blade diaphragm is featured to produce smooth and pleasing bokeh. This versatile telephoto zoom is designed for full-frame Canon EF-mount DSLRs, but can also be used with APS-C models where it provides a 120-480mm equivalent focal length range.
