Advance Unit Replacement Plan for the Unique Photo Passport Kit

Terms of Service: This plan offers a two year warranty against any manufacturing (mechanical or electronic) defect, as well as a one-time unit replacement in the case of non-manufacturing, incidental (drops and spills) damage. The plan must be purchased on the same receipt as the WiFi enabled Passport Kit, and is in effect for two years from purchase date. It will cover all hardware (camera and printer, battery, charger, etc.). This plan is limited to defect and damage, and does not cover lost or stolen items.

This Plan may only be used with the serial numbers purchased with the plan.

When you experience an issue with the unit, please contact us at 800-631-0300. A representative will locate your account. Please let them know what issue you are having, and with which component. You will be required to provide a credit card number so that we may release a replacement component to you. We will expedite shipment, and it will arrive with instructions how to pair it with your current system. Use the return shipping label provided to send back the affected part within 7 days,  and your card will not be charged.

Manufacturing defects will be covered as often as necessary for the two year period. 

A replacement due to accidental damage on any component will fulfill the contract, and void the remainder of the term.
