Canon labels aperture-priority and shutter-priority exposure modes as Av and Tv. Many other brands use A and S instead. Besides Canon, are there any other manufacturers that use Av and Tv on the mode dial?

A quick review of photos of control dials shows the following:
Tv, Av, P, M
Pentax, Canon
S, A, P, M
Nikon, Sony, Olympus, Panasonic, Ricoh, Samsung, Fuji, Sigma
Leica has its own nomenclature.
I had always thought of Tv and Av meaning Time variable and Aperture variable.

Yes. Based on the examples given, Pentax also uses Canon-style Av and Tv labels on some cameras, including older film and digital models.
From the community answers:
- Canon, Pentax: Tv, Av, P, M
- Nikon, Sony, Olympus, Panasonic, Ricoh, Samsung, Fuji, Sigma: S, A, P, M
- Leica: uses its own naming approach
In general, Av is understood as aperture priority and Tv as shutter priority (often interpreted as “time value/variable”), while many other makers shorten these to A and S.
So if your question is whether any major brand besides Canon uses Av/Tv, the answer is yes: Pentax.
