How do I export scanned TIFF files to JPEG in Lightroom without any extra adjustments?

I use Lightroom 3/4 to organize my photos. For raw files, Lightroom’s normal export processing is fine, but I’m also importing scanned TIFFs from a lab that already applies basic corrections. I want Lightroom to act mainly as an organizer and simply convert those TIFFs to JPEG when exporting, without adding any extra sharpening, resizing, metadata changes, or other output adjustments. Is there a way to export as close to an unaltered TIFF-to-JPEG conversion as possible, and save that as a preset?

As far as I'm aware the only adjustments Lightroom does when exporting are those that are selected in the Export dialog. You can turn all of these off within the dialog (and can create a preset so you don't have to do it again in the next export by clicking the 'Add' button under the list of presets on the left).
The only adjustable setting that can't be turned off for JPEGs is the quality slider which is usually recommended to be set to between 70-76 to achieve the best tradeoff between visible quality and file size, this page has an extensive discussion with examples, of the effects of the various quality 'ranges' that Lightroom will save JPEGs in.

Yes. In Lightroom, export changes are controlled mostly by the options in the Export dialog, so for a near “straight conversion” from TIFF to JPEG, disable any optional processing there.
When exporting, check the sections in the Export dialog and turn off anything you don’t want, such as output sharpening, resizing, watermarking, or metadata changes. You can then save those settings as an export preset so you can reuse them easily.
The one JPEG setting you can’t avoid is JPEG compression itself: Lightroom requires a Quality setting for JPEG export. That affects file size and compression, but it isn’t the same as Lightroom applying creative image adjustments. Aside from that, Lightroom should only export based on the current image plus the export options you’ve chosen.
