How do I enable Bulb mode on a Canon EOS 70D?

I’m using a Canon EOS 70D and in Manual mode I can only set the shutter speed as slow as 30 seconds. Does this camera have a Bulb mode, and if so, how do I select it?

According to the online manual, the B on the mode dial will set it to Bulb mode. Have a look at page 24 in this document.
