How can I export only flagged photos from a Lightroom collection set while keeping the collection folder structure?

I want to export or publish only flagged photos from a Lightroom collection set to local disk, ideally preserving the same hierarchy as my collections and collection sets. I know about Jeffrey Friedl’s Collection Publisher plugin, but I’m not seeing a way to apply a flagged-only rule automatically to mirrored collections. Creating duplicate collections or smart collections for every existing collection would add a lot of manual upkeep. Is there a simple Lightroom workflow to export just the flagged images from a collection set?

You can set the Attribute Filter on Flagged Lightroom Filter only Flagged

Then select all pictures, click right and Export

A simple Lightroom workaround is to use the Library filter rather than duplicating collections.

Open the relevant collection or collection set view, enable the Attribute filter, and set it to show only Flagged photos. Then select all visible images and use Export.

This lets you export only the flagged files without having to recreate collections manually. The community answer does not confirm an automatic publish setup that mirrors the collection hierarchy with flagged-only rules, so the practical supported approach here is filtered selection plus export.
