Can the Sony α6000 display the current date and time on screen?

Is there a way to see the current date and time directly on a Sony α6000 without going into the date/time setup menu? On some Canon DSLRs this is easy to access, but I can’t find a similar display option on the α6000.

The α6000 does not appear to offer a live on-screen display of the current date and time during normal shooting. Based on the community responses, the closest workaround is to review an image and use the playback/info screens that show the photo’s capture date/time from its EXIF data. If that information is not visible, you may be able to change the playback display options in the menu. So in practice: no direct current clock display, but you can check the timestamp of a recently taken photo in playback.

Yes. You can check the photo review screens. At least one of them should display the date when the picture was taken. If it is not there, go into menu options and edit your photo-review screens.
