Can Lightroom apply multiple LUTs or mask a LUT to part of an image?

I like using LUTs for color grading, but I’m not sure Lightroom supports some of the options I use in Photoshop. In Lightroom, can you apply more than one LUT/profile to the same photo? And can a LUT/profile be brushed in or masked so it only affects certain areas of the image?

Yes, sort of. You can apply multiple profiles/LUT's to the same image, but not a single image. You would need to export the image in a non-raw format (tiff/psd/jpeg) and import that image into LR (sync the folder). You can then apply another profile/LUT to the image.
Not presently.

Lightroom’s LUT-style profiles are more limited than Photoshop’s Color Lookup adjustment layers.
Based on the answers: Lightroom does not currently let you stack multiple LUT/profile effects directly on the same raw photo in the way Photoshop can. A workaround is to apply one profile, export the result as a rendered file such as TIFF, PSD, or JPEG, re-import it into Lightroom, and then apply another profile to that new file.
For masking or brushing a LUT onto only part of the image, the answer is essentially no in Lightroom. Profiles are applied at the image level, not as a local adjustment with a mask.
So if you need multiple LUT layers and masked LUT effects, Photoshop is the better tool. Lightroom is faster for general photo development, but for this kind of layered, selective LUT workflow it doesn’t offer the same flexibility.
