Can I wirelessly tether three Canon cameras to one laptop at the same time?

I need to use three cameras at once for medical/skin lesion photography: a Canon G11, Canon 7D, and Canon 400D, each with a different setup for standard, macro, and dermatoscopic images. To avoid changing lenses between shots, I want all three cameras ready at the same time and would like each captured image sent wirelessly to a single laptop (Windows or iOS-based workflow). I already tried a Wi‑Fi SD card in the G11, but I ran into limitations connecting to more than one card at once. Is simultaneous wireless transfer from all three cameras to one computer possible, and would something like CamRanger help?

Yes, it may be possible, but the only approach suggested here is to use Wi‑Fi memory cards with a service that can combine uploads from multiple cameras into one collection, such as Eye‑Fi Cloud. In principle, each camera would transmit its images wirelessly, and the cloud/app would gather them together for viewing on one laptop.
Because the 7D and 400D use CompactFlash, you may need SD-to-CF adapters to use SD-based Wi‑Fi cards in those bodies.
Two important cautions:
- Compatibility is not guaranteed—especially with adapters—so you should verify support for each camera before buying.
- Since your use is medical, confirm whether sending patient images through any cloud service is allowed under your privacy/security requirements.
Based on the answers provided, CamRanger was not confirmed as the solution. The most relevant suggestion was multi-camera Wi‑Fi card upload via a shared service rather than direct one-to-one card connections.

Use some EyeFi SD card that support the "EyeFi Cloud" Service:
From the website:
Multiple cameras. One experience.
Take pictures using any camera or smartphone you own, Eyefi Cloud will make them appear as one photo collection. Gone are days of manually merging together pictures from multiple devices. Eyefi Cloud does it for you automatically.
You should be able to use some SD to CF adapter, to use the Eyefi SD card on the 7D and the 400D as reported in the linked thread.
Note: this answer is just a suggestion, I've never tried the EyeFi SD card, nor the EyeFi Cloud service, nor any SD to CF adapter. Do your research before buying anything.
Also, as suggested by Michael Stum, it may be worth checking whether uploading pictures to a cloud service is permissible or not since we seem to deal with medical images.
