I bought a 64GB SanDisk microSD card by mistake instead of a full-size SD card. Can I use it in a Canon EOS 70D, and do I need anything else for it to work properly?

Yes, you can, but you'll need an adapter because micro-SD is smaller than a regular SD-card.
