The Westcott Rapid Box and Beauty Dish Switch Insert makes it easy to swap between different strobes and speedlights. It is one of thirteen inserts that adapts softboxes on different brands of flashes. The insert speeds up the installation procedure, in which you have to only slide the insert into switch's rear tabs and secure it with the thumb lock.
