The Nikon AF-S Nikkor 16–35mm f/4G ED VR Lens allows you to take both wide-angle and close-up shots without any noticeable camera shake. This lens is compatible with Nikon F-mount 35mm Film, and Nikon DX and FX format cameras. The construction uses 17 elements in 12 groups with 2 Extra-low Dispersion and 3 aspherical elements to ensure reduced chromatic and spherical inconsistencies. As the lens elements have a nano-crystal coating applied, you get saturated images with minimal flare or ghosting when working in bright conditions. The silent wave motor AF system offers a quiet and accurate focus. This lens has the VR II image stabilization system that provides 2.5 stops of shutter speed compensation in dim light. The 9-blade diaphragm offers a rounded bokeh quality. You can fix a 77mm filter to the front thread.
