The Zoom H2n Handy Recorder Portable Digital Audio Recorder is the go-to device for those into filming and broadcast, journalism, and musical performances. It comes with a 3.5mm output port that makes it compatible with most handheld devices such as smartphones, tablets, and portable speakers. You may use the dedicated 3.5mm input port to connect microphones and instruments such as electric guitars. The Zoom H2n records audio in 16 and 24-bit WAV and MP3 formats from 48 to 320 kbps. The recorder has five microphones integrated into its design. These mics offer four recording patterns. You may choose the 90° XY stereo recording to capture sounds with a minimal phase shift, or get a 360° surround-sound recording with the 2- and 4-channel surround sound. The recorder lets you review your recordings with its reference speaker. You may transfer your recordings to your PC with the USB 2.0 interface. Along with this recorder, you get an activation card with the Steinberg WaveLab LE 7 software. The Zoom H2n can be used for 20 hours continuously with two standard AA alkaline or LR6 batteries.
