Ideal for videography, the kit includes a Genie II Motorized pan-tilt Head, Genie II Linear motorized camera platform, Magic Carpet medium track, and Magic Carpet carriage and end caps. The Genie II Motorized pan-tilt Head mounts on to the Genie II Linear platform for providing in-depth control over the pan and tilt movement when taking time-lapses or shooting a tracking shot. You may use the pan-tilt head with a regular tripod as well. The head can be synchronized with your smartphone via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth to set the start and end key points. You can view the time-lapse settings on the head's built-in LCD. The head can lift cameras weighing up to 7.9 lb for allowing the use of large professional DSLR bodies. As for the Genie II platform, it ensures reduced friction on the rope drive to provide smooth vertical motion. You can set the platform to either time-lapse or video mode. The included Magic Carpet track can hold the head and platform along with other equipment up to 15.4 lb. Finally, the Magic Carpet carriage and end caps complete the overall rig. There is a counterbalance wheel to enable vertical sliding movement with heavy cameras. The lock-off hooks on the end caps let you attach or remove the time-lapse device with ease.
