Overview

The Shure VP89M Modular Shotgun Microphone is designed with an interchangeable capsule that displays high RF (Radio Frequency) rejection, superior side noise rejection, & is paired with the detachable VP89 Preamp. Short, medium & long sized capsule barrels are available to meet various recording needs, rejection angles & frequency response types. This microphone comes with the medium capsule, & includes a zippered pouch & windscreen. Its state-of-the-art low noise preamplifier design has a low frequency roll-off switch, which eliminates noise below 200Hz. The microphone's abilities can be extended by buying one of the other length capsules & attaching it to the included preamp.
