With a flash capacity of 750/1250 Ws and a recycling time as short as 0,01 sec, the Pro-D3 delivers unparalleled frequency, speed, and reliability for hours on end, making it optimal for high-volume shoots. The Pro-D3 introduces three distinct flash modes to ensure unmatched lifetime economy as well as provide options for specific use cases. In default ECO mode, flash parameters are optimized for color consistency and maximized equipment lifetime. BOOST adds an extra boost of power, while FREEZE delivers the shortest flash duration for razor-sharp splashing liquid and fast action shots.

When high volume is demanded, the Pro-D3 delivers. A flash recycling time of 0,01 seconds and a flash duration of 1/75 000 second means you eliminate motion blur entirely with the shortest flash duration of any flash in Freeze Mode.

Reliability and durability have been drastically improved through:

• Capacitors with 2,5 times longer runtime and 5 times the number of total flashes.
• Reinforced flash tube electrodes (compared to D2 industrial) for a prolonged lifetime.
• Software ECO-mode improves expected lifetime by up to 100%.
• COB LED modeling light. (an extremely power-efficient LED-modeling light. It shines
brighter than a 400-watt halogen lamp with only 15% of the power consumption. )
