Overview
Perfect for mounting on the lens of the AF-S NIKKOR 58mm f/1.4G, this Nikon HB-68 Bayonet Lens Hood is an authentic Nikon accessory. This lens hood blocks the stray light from entering the lens. This helps in preventing the flare and ghosting, while optimizing the performance of the lens to produce clear and crisp images. This lens hood is a replacement for the original lens hood provided along with the lens. When attached to the front of the lens, it also provides protection for the lens against scratches due to accidental bumps in the field.
