Overview
The Nikon EP-5A Power Supply Connector is required when using the AC adapter EH-5/EH-5a to power the camera. Simply insert the EP-5A into the battery chamber and the camera will be powered by continuous AC power instead of the D-SLR's rechargeable battery; perfect for situations requiring the camera to be kept on for long periods of time such as studio use, loading images onto a computer, or playing a slideshow or video on a tv or monitor.
