OVERVIEW

The Kino Flo 4' 4Bank System is made up of a single 4 ft., four-tube fluorescent fixture, a 4Bank ballast for power, a lollipop mount with 5/8" receiver, a 90 degree grid, lamp case, & padded carrying case. This system is suitable for location video shots (ex: news gathering), & is equally as suitable for studio applications. The 4Bank was made to provide a soft light source that can be plugged into the wall on location, & features a narrow profile/size. This system can approximate the quality of light from bounced sources, without losing set space during your shoot. Its design allows for the greatest possible flexibility, when working on film production where the gaffer & DP are constantly being challenged to light unique locations. This high-output, high frequency, electronic ballast draws only 2.6A @ 120 VAC, & outputs the equivalent of a 1,000W traditional softlight. Its 11.5 lb fixture is lightweight enough to be nailed to, or taped to a wall via the included long-neck lolipop mount with 5/8" receiver for traditional light stand capabilities. 

Kino Flo 4Bank Fixture (4'):
The Kino 4 ft. 4Bank Fixture is a four-lamp, remote fluorescent light, that has an equivalent output of a 1,000W traditional softlight, while consuming a fraction of the traditional fixture's electrical draw. The 4Bank Fixture can be paired with a separately available, standard DMX ballast, to provide 2 or 4 lamp switching, to vary the power output, as well as standard/high output settings. This helps to avoid color shifting that can be associated with dimming. Separately available True Match lamps, which feature a high CRI of 95, come in 3200K or 5600K color balance.
