With the mettalic appearance, the papers offer a shimmering look to the metal parts in the image. Both pigment-based and dye-based inks can be used for these paper rags. These papers have a natural white color that ensures accurate color. The absence of optical brighteners preserves the image quality for an extended period. These papers are coated with barium sulfate to maintain the color depth and detail. The Hahnemuhle paper rags have a thickness of 18.5 mil that makes them easy to handle. Additionally, the acid and lignin-free nature of the rags retain the overall quality. The paper rags are buffered with calcium carbonate, and they are compliant to the sensitivity of ISO 9706.
