These papers are coated with barium sulfate to maintain the color depth and detail. The Hahnemuhle paper rags have a thickness of 18.5 mil that makes them easy to handle. Additionally, the acid and lignin-free nature of the rags retain the overall quality. The paper rags are buffered with calcium carbonate, and they are compliant to the sensitivity of ISO 9706.
