In this low price Canon camera class, you'll see many examples of great photography and learn techniques to use exposure, composition, flash, and a variety of lenses to get the same types of results.

Our Basic Discovery Day class is a three-hour investment in your EOS digital SLR that will pay dividends over and over as you grow with your camera system.
During this course you will:
- Become familiar with the operation and features of your EOS camera, and discover how and when to control them for dramatic results.
- Learn to expand your creative options, using different camera features and photographic techniques to evolve your pictures from snapshots to photographs.
- See actual examples of how Canon lenses and Speedlite flashes can be used to add impact to your pictures.
Who should attend?
Any Canon EOS owner (or potential owner) who wants to learn more about the features and potential of their camera and accessories, and learn essential concepts of photography
What should I bring?
Feel free to bring your camera and instruction manual, but it is not required. Each attendee will receive a detailed Participant Guide, with valuable information about each topic covered during the Discovery Day class, along with space to take your own notes.

INTRO TO THE CANON FLASH SYSTEM
Sunday, March 9th (3:00pm - 5:00pm)
Instructed by Canon's Tech Rep, this course teaches you how to use your EOS camera with Canon Speedlites. You will learn how to modify light with on-camera flash, off-camera flash, as well as the setup and use of wireless IR transmission system.
