Overview

The Blackmagic Design Video Assist 4K Recording Monitor allows you to view and record the video captured by your camera. It offers connectivity to cameras with HDMI or 6G-SDI inputs. The Blackmagic Design Video Assist provides UHD 4K as well as 1080p video recording at 30 fps and 60 fps respectively. With the 7-inch LCD touchscreen, you get to view the videos at 1920×1200 dpi resolution. The monitor displays consistent color and resolution even when viewing from 135°. Use the loop-through outputs to display recorded footage on large HD screens. The 10-Bit 4:2:2 ProRes recording offers speed and quality when using UHS-II or UHS-I cards. You can adjust the exposure by using the histogram and zebra overlay functions. The monitor also features focus peaking and central zoom to control the camera's imaging parameters. You can also change the setting for the Blackmagic Design cinema camera from this monitor. The monitor has a machined aluminum housing and built-in kickstand.
