The Beachtek DXA-SLR ULTRA - 2-Channel Active XLR Adapter lets you use external microphones and other audio gear with DSLR cameras that have a mic input. This adapter has two low-noise preamplifiers for accurate recording of sounds that sync well with the recorded videos. The adapter has a switchable 12V-48V phantom power. With the built-in limiters, the adapter prevents distortions caused by a hot audio input. All the inputs are transformer-balanced to ensure isolation from overcurrent. The die-cast aluminum chassis offers the adapter protection from impacts.
