Justin Bieber vs Paparazzi (Again)

I can't imagine what it's like to be a celebrity...getting hunted down by paparazzi day after day when you're just trying wake up and get a coffee...I for one am partial to falling down a lot and enjoy the fact that the world isn't there to see me every tumble, so I figure it would be pretty awful to have the photography wolves at bay, hiding in your bushes with cameras waiting for you to embarrass yourself.

The paparazzi aren't generally known for their sympathy or their understanding of personal space. They're known to be instigators and will do anything to get the shot. 1) They'll probably get footage of the star going nuts if they egg them on and 2) There's always the possibility of gaining money from a settlement in return for a crazed celeb breaking your camera/jaw.  That said, paparazzi are just people too right? They're just doing what they're told and trying to put bread on the table for a hypothetical family. Are they really such terrible people?

Well here's Justin Bieber:

Here he is looking ridiculous as always, and I'm pretty sure this observation isn't subjective. He looks like a clown and often acts like one. He's basically a walking cry for attention and might as well wear a sign that says "HEY TAKE MY PICTURE, BUT BE SURE TO TAG ME IN IT LOL"

The boy blunder is popular as ever and that means the paparazzi have him high up on their watch list. In the past he's had a couple scuffles with rambunctious photographers...One British photog told him to go back to America (he's from Canada btw) and The Biebs wanted to throw down fisticuffs. Luckily his posse of guard dogs kept him from making a fool of himself further. Now Bieber is in the hot seat for apparently sicking his goons on a photographer outside of a Miami Recording Studio. Although there doesn't seem to be video from the altercation, there is an audio recording:

Besides all the bleeped out expletives, you can hear the photographer pleading for his camera and Bieber threatening to take his "sim" card... What you don't hear on the tape is the photographer getting attacked by a bodyguard who apparently flashed a gun at him at one point. This all came to light thanks to a lawsuit against the pop star and his body guard, claiming damages such as physical injury, pain and suffering, mental anguish and incurred medical expenses. While it's uncertain that the full extent of these accusations are legitimate, the previous incidents against photographers doesn't help his case very much.

So who's in the wrong? An annoying celebrity and his band of jumpy brutes or a photographer looking for trouble and finding it?
