Inside Amazon

This one isn't so much photo-related, but I found these pictures to be pretty interesting. As a consumer, we enjoy a stress-free shopping experience without having to put on pants. As a retailer, they enjoy you maxing out your credit card for some free shipping. Besides endlessly tracking the status of your purchase until it comes to your front door, not too much thought is put into where they're coming from, so long as they get to you in a swift manner.  Well take a gander into hell. These photos were taken at one of the worlds largest Amazon warehouses in Swansea, Wales by Matt Cardy. Especially with the holiday season, it must be a hectic time for those who work in the Amazon warehouses. Reading about their chaotic storage system gives me even more anxiety than looking at these extremely busy pictures. But hey, it doesn't have to be pretty if it's efficient!
