My Yongnuo MC-36R works when connected by cable, but the wireless handheld remote will not trigger my Canon 7D. The camera-mounted receiver and remote appear to be set the same, and I’ve tried different DIP switch combinations. I even exchanged the unit for another one with the same result. What could cause the wireless function not to work?
