Why don’t files uploaded to Creative Cloud Synced Files appear in Lightroom Web?

I uploaded NEF photos to Adobe Creative Cloud under Files > Synced Files, but when I open Lightroom Web at lightroom.adobe.com it shows no photos and asks me to upload files. Is there any workaround, or is there a different workflow I should use to get images to appear in Lightroom Web?

Adobe Creative Cloud cloud storage is different from Lightroom. You should install Lightroom CC on your computer and upload the files and then after they sync they will appear on Lightroom Web.

Creative Cloud file storage and Lightroom cloud storage are separate. Uploading images to Creative Cloud under Files/Synced Files does not make them available in Lightroom Web.
To have photos appear in Lightroom Web, import/upload them through Lightroom itself, such as the Lightroom desktop app, and let Lightroom sync them to the Lightroom cloud. Once they finish syncing, they should appear on Lightroom Web.
So the advised workflow is:
- Install/use Lightroom.
- Import the NEF files into Lightroom.
- Allow sync to complete.
- View them in Lightroom Web.
There isn’t a workaround in the provided answers that makes Creative Cloud Synced Files automatically show up inside Lightroom Web.
