Why does my camera say "memory full" after one photo?

I just bought a Digital Camera 2.7K Ultra H. After taking one picture, the camera says the memory is full. The date and time settings also don’t seem to save. I checked the manual but I’m still not sure what’s wrong. Does this camera need a memory card, and what should I check first?

This camera requires an SD Card. You need to purchase a Secure Digital Memeory card and install this in the Camera. It may already have one installed. The SD card is the device that records and maintains the digital data that comprises the images you make.
If no SD card in installed, the camera likely can store one or perhaps two images.
If it already has a card, it may be too small and thus full or defective. If you install a new card, you must use the menu function "format". This action erases all data from the card and prepares the card to accept digital data in the native language of the camera's logic.
Buy and install one after consulting your manual as to card size.

The most likely cause is that the camera needs an SD memory card installed. Many cameras have little or no internal memory, so they may only store one or two images without a card.
Check whether an SD card is inserted. If there is no card, install one that matches the camera’s manual requirements. If a card is already installed, it may be too small, already full, or faulty.
After inserting a card, use the camera’s menu to format it. Formatting erases anything on the card and prepares it for that camera to save photos correctly.
If the date and time still do not save after that, the camera may not be retaining settings properly, but the first thing to verify is the SD card and formatting.
