Lightroom 4.4.1 suddenly fails when publishing photos to Flickr with the error: "Can't update this collection. An internal error occurred: a semicolon character was expected." My settings have not changed, and Flickr publishing was working recently. Is there a fix or workaround?

It's a Flickr API problem that crops up periodically. There's nothing you can do except wait for Yahoo (owner of Flickr) to fix the issue. It seems the fix usually only takes a few hours to a few days.
