Which photo labs offer drop-shipping to customers without including my invoice?

I want to use an online photo printing service to print and ship directly to my customers so I don’t have to handle the prints myself. Ideally, the lab would not include my cost invoice in the package, since I’ll be charging the customer separately. Bonus if they can use my branding rather than theirs, and if they have labs or fulfillment options in multiple countries such as the USA and UK. This is for general-quality consumer prints rather than high-end wedding delivery.

There are a number of drop ship printers out there. A few include:
I recommend looking at their web sites to determine if their needs suit your particular ones. Many local professional photographers in my area use these three services. I have used 2 of the 3 myself without issue.

Yes — you’re looking for a drop-ship photo lab or a storefront/service that integrates with labs.
From the community answers, options mentioned include WHCC, MPIX, and Bay Photo, all of which are commonly used by photographers for direct fulfillment. You’d need to check each provider’s current policies and branding options.
Two answers specifically match your needs:
- Pwinty: an API-based service for printing and worldwide shipping, with support for custom branding and control over invoices included in the package.
- SmugMug (Pro accounts): prints are drop-shipped without a price invoice. Some orders may include a work order, but without pricing. It also offers branding options such as package stickers, a thank-you print, and in many cases your name on the return address. Labs mentioned include Bay Photo, WHCC, EZPrints, and Loxley Colour, covering US and UK fulfillment.
So the short answer is: yes, these services exist, and SmugMug Pro or Pwinty seem closest to exactly what you described.
