My camera says: "Memory card is locked. Slide lock to write position" when I try to delete photos from my SD card. Where is the lock, and how do I unlock the card?

The write-protect lock on an SD card is a very small plastic slider on the side of the card itself. It should be labeled as such, probably in fine print.

As you can see from the arrow in the picture, slide down to lock, or up to unlock.
Note that if the switch breaks off, that will leave the card in the locked state. If you can't find anything, that may be what happened.

The lock is a tiny write-protect slider on the side edge of a full-size SD card. Move that switch to the unlocked/write position to allow deleting or saving images. On most cards, sliding it down locks the card, and sliding it up unlocks it.
If you don’t see a switch, check carefully along the side of the card. If the plastic tab has broken off, the card may stay read-only/locked.
