What software can create a collage that looks like scattered Polaroid prints?

I want to make a collage that looks like multiple Polaroid-style photos arranged on a wall or tabletop, ideally with easy controls for borders, rotation, and simple decorative elements. I can build this manually now, but it takes a lot of work. Are there programs or apps that simplify this kind of layout on Mac, Windows, or mobile?

I use Picasa it is a great option. But let us know what Operating System are you using. For Mac there is some apps like CollageIt and Posterino who does a great job, there are not free but I'll help a lot in the process. Is more easier to put a pin deco in Photoshop than do the whole workflow. There also a few options in mobile apps, since Im new I can post more links, but Diptic is one of my favorites. Again, it hels a lot in the process maybe does not all the job but agilize the process.

Yes. Several collage tools can speed this up.
From the answers provided:
- Picasa 3 offers a free collage feature, including borders for a Polaroid-style look, and lets you manually place and rotate images.
- TurboCollage (Mac and Windows) can specifically make collages that resemble scattered Polaroid prints.
- On Mac, CollageIt and Posterino were suggested as good options.
- For mobile, Diptic was mentioned.
If you want extras like decorative “pins,” a collage app may handle the layout quickly, while a full editor like Photoshop can be useful for adding finishing touches and effects afterward.
So the practical workflow is: use a collage program to create the Polaroid arrangement, then optionally refine it in an image editor if you want more custom visual details.
