What Mac photo management software can store model bio and contact details with images?

I’m looking for photo management software, preferably on macOS, that lets me organize one or more images for each person and store profile information alongside them. For example, I’d like to keep a model’s photos together with bio details, contact information, and possibly custom metadata fields. If needed I could use Windows software, but Mac support is preferred.

There is a ton of metadata you can enter on an image in Adobe Bridge, Lightroom, Photoshop, or any editor that lets you edit/add Exif and other metadata. You can use Caption, Title, or the contact section that has job title, address, phone #, etc. This will work on both Mac or Windows, so you should not need to go the VM route.

Yes—software that supports image metadata should handle this. Adobe Bridge, Lightroom, Photoshop, and many other editors let you add and edit EXIF/IPTC-style metadata on images.

You can use fields such as title, caption, and contact information, including items like job title, address, phone number, and similar details. That makes it possible to keep a model’s images together with descriptive and contact data embedded in the files or associated metadata.

Because these applications are available on both Mac and Windows, you likely would not need to run a virtual machine just for this purpose.
