I’m looking for a camera with a touchscreen that can transmit the user’s touch input wirelessly to a computer. For example, if someone circles part of the image on the camera’s screen, I want that touch interaction to appear on the computer as well. Do any cameras support this directly, or would I need a different kind of device?

Your best bet for this is a tablet or smartphone with a camera. That should do what you want. Either Apple iPhone/iPod/iPad or Android should do.
