Is there a camera comparison site like GSMArena for phones?

I use GSMArena’s search and comparison tools for phones and wondered whether there’s a similar website for cameras. Is there a reliable all-in-one camera comparison tool, or is that harder to do because camera systems depend on lenses and other factors?

There isn’t really a direct equivalent to GSMArena for cameras in the same simple, universal sense. Cameras are harder to compare cleanly because the body is only part of the system: lens choice has a huge effect on image quality, handling, cost, and upgrade path. Unlike phones, interchangeable-lens cameras are often bought into as a system, and many photographers stay with one brand so they can keep using lenses while upgrading bodies over time.
That makes a single comparison site less straightforward and potentially less reliable if it reduces everything to body specs alone. Across many camera brands, headline specs like resolution and noise performance can also be closer than people expect, so buying decisions often come down to lenses, ergonomics, autofocus behavior, and system fit rather than a neat spec-sheet winner.
So: you can find review and spec-comparison sites for cameras, but a true one-stop GSMArena-style comparison tool is less common and less definitive because cameras are modular systems, not self-contained products like phones.

I don't know and I doubt it is even possible and reliable.
There is big difference between DSLR world and smartphone world.
Smartphones are sold and used as is; there is no way of customizing it or upgrading. Except for fancy covers.
On the other hand, DSLR consist of a body and a lens(es) and the lens is the thing that rules the result and lenses are the expensive part of the "garage".
Usually, photographers pick a brand and stick to it, because it is cheaper to upgrade body and lenses separately. High-end lenses last much longer than High-end bodies.
Another reason why DslrArena is not there is because the market is not large enough to pay the service from ads.
There are also very limitted differences between brands in terms of resolution, noise, processing power etc. The things that actually matters cannot be measured and tabulated - handling philosophy and ergonomy. I own Canon 700D; when I am asked to use Nikon I know what I want to do, but it takes me a while to find out how to do it. I bet you, that skilled Nikoneer will have same troubles with Canon.
