I'm considering a Canon EOS 80D and would like to use Magic Lantern for features such as focus peaking and zebras. Is the 80D supported by Magic Lantern?

http://builds.magiclantern.fm/ this is the list of supported models and at present 80D is not there.

No. Based on the Magic Lantern supported camera list, the Canon EOS 80D is not listed as a supported model. If a camera does not appear on Magic Lantern’s official builds/support list, you should assume there is no working public support for it.
