How do I switch a Neewer S102-400 Pro back to 1/1–1/64 power display?

My Neewer S102-400 Pro originally showed flash power in fractions from 1/1 down to 1/64. Now the display shows "OF" and values from 4.0 to 10.0 in 0.1 steps instead. I want to change it back to the fractional power display, but the manual and online info do not explain how to switch modes. How can I toggle between these output display settings?

Ok tried again:
Press and hold speaker icon while turning the knob.
Once you turn it swaps.
