In Lightroom, the Adjustment Brush normally shows a small edit pin at the center of each brush adjustment. Mine have disappeared. Is there a setting that hides these pins, or is this likely a bug?

Assuming you mean "Edit Pins" when writing "dot handle", you can turn those on in the bottom left of the image frame:

Alternatively you can press H to toggle the edit pins.

This is usually just a display setting, not a bug. In Lightroom, Adjustment Brush edit pins can be toggled on or off. You can:

  • press H to show/hide the edit pins, or
  • use the Show Edit Pins control at the bottom-left of the image area.

If the pins disappeared, that setting was likely turned off accidentally.
