How do I exit BULB/LIVE TIME and return to normal Manual mode on an Olympus OM-D E-M5?

On my Olympus OM-D E-M5, Manual mode suddenly started showing BULB/LIVE TIME instead of the normal shutter speed settings. I tried resetting the camera and checking the manual, but I couldn't figure out how to get back to the standard Manual exposure settings. How do I switch out of BULB/LIVE TIME and return to regular Manual mode?

Goods news! My sister just fixed this issue for me. What I didn't realise was that it still had the normal manual settings, and all I had to do was turn the main dial until it wasn't in BULB mode, or in LIVE TIME mode. But the reason why I didn't realise the was the normal manual settings was because the ISO number at the bottom had changed to inches. I just turned the dial to lower the ISO since it was much too high, and to change it back from being in inches. I took some photo's with it and realised it was the same manual settings I was using before. Problem solved!

On the OM-D E-M5, BULB and LIVE TIME are just special shutter-speed settings within Manual mode, not a separate camera mode.
To return to normal Manual shooting, use the main control dial and scroll the shutter speed away from BULB/LIVE TIME until you see a normal shutter speed value again (for example 1/60, 1/125, etc.). Once you dial past those long-exposure options, you’re back in standard Manual mode.
If needed, you can also switch to another exposure mode such as A or P, but for normal Manual operation the key is simply changing the shutter speed off BULB/LIVE TIME.
