How do I email photos from Aperture, especially if they were originally imported from iPhoto?

I want to send photos by email from within Aperture. Many of my photos originally started in iPhoto. Do I need to create master files first, or is there a built-in way to email images directly from Aperture?

There is the ability to export directly to e-mail from Aperture.

Try this: Choose File > Share > Email (or press Option-E).

You generally do not need to create separate master files just to email photos from Aperture. Aperture has a built-in email sharing option.

Try:

File > Share > Email

or press Option-E.

This lets you export/send photos directly to email from within Aperture. If your images were originally in iPhoto, that does not change the basic email workflow in Aperture.
