How can I have Eye‑Fi import photos directly into iPhoto on a Mac?

I’m using an Eye‑Fi SD card with a non‑Wi‑Fi camera on a MacBook. The card uploads images through the Eye‑Fi software, but by default the files end up in a separate location from my iPhoto library. Is there a way in Eye‑Fi Center to automatically send imported photos and videos into iPhoto instead of keeping a separate photo database?

From the Eye-Fi web site: Folder Management
In the Eye-Fi Center software click the "settings" icon next to the Eye-Fi Card icon and choose "Photos" then under "Manage" choose "iPhoto" from the dropdown.

Yes. In Eye‑Fi Center on your Mac, open the card’s settings, go to the Photos section, and under Manage select iPhoto from the dropdown menu. That tells Eye‑Fi to hand off imported photos to iPhoto automatically instead of keeping them only in a separate folder workflow. If you’re seeing two libraries now, this setting should prevent future imports from being split.
