I’m editing RAW files in LightZone and want to make most of an image black and white while keeping just one color visible. What tool and settings should I use to isolate that color?

Use the "Hue/Saturation" tool to choose the color (you can use the picker or select a primary), change saturation to -100, and check Invert.

In LightZone, use the Hue/Saturation tool. Select the color you want to keep, either with the color picker or by choosing the nearest primary color range. Then reduce saturation to -100 so the selected range is desaturated, and enable Invert so the adjustment affects everything except that chosen color. The result is a mostly black-and-white image with one color left visible. You may need to fine-tune the selected hue range so only the intended color remains.
