How can I remove window reflections and streaks from a photo for printing?

I took a city photo through a window and want to make a poster from it. After editing in Lightroom, there are still visible lighter reflection areas near the top and top-right, plus some line-like streaks at the bottom-right. I’ve tried using Lightroom’s brush tools but I’m not happy with the result. What’s the best way to clean up these reflections and marks for a print?

Photoshop's healing brush will have a fair go at it.

This was literally one brush stroke across the entire 3-stripe section - it's not perfect, it's messed up the buildings a bit [though it might be hard to spot without the comparison pic] but with a bit of care & attention on the full-size original, I'm sure it will do well.

It made a reasonable job of the light/dark barring in the top half too, but it's harder to see at these sizes.

For this kind of localized reflection and streaking, Photoshop will usually work better than Lightroom. The community suggestion was to use the Healing Brush: it can do a surprisingly good job on repeated streaks or bands with very little work, especially if you paint carefully over the affected area.

A single broad healing stroke may remove the visible stripes, though it can slightly disturb nearby building detail, so for a poster you’ll want to work on the full-resolution file and zoom in to refine any areas it blends imperfectly. It can also help with the lighter/darker barred areas near the top, but those may need a bit more careful touch-up.

In short: move the file into Photoshop and use the Healing Brush for the reflections and lines, then inspect the architectural edges closely before printing.
