I want to reduce or remove the fisheye look in video from a GoPro or Yi 4K action camera. Is there any way to do this without losing image quality and without replacing the lens?

No.
You can, in theory, add supplemental lenses to change the field of view — however this almost inevitably affects quality. Supplementary lenses tend to be low quality.
You can crop the image/video in post-processing — but this reduces quality (at least in terms of number of image pixels)
Replacing the lens is certainly the best way to get a narrower field of view without reducing quality.

Not really. With these action cameras, the fisheye look comes from the very wide lens. If you want to remove it, there are only a few options, and each has a tradeoff:
- Correct it in post: You can de-fish in editing software, but this usually crops or stretches the image, so you lose resolution or edge quality.
- Use a supplemental lens: In theory this can change the field of view, but add-on lenses often reduce image quality.
- Replace the lens: This is the best way to get a narrower, less distorted view without the same post-processing quality loss.
So if the goal is no fisheye, no quality loss, and no lens replacement, the answer is essentially no.
