Can ViewNX2 transfer labels and ratings to the same photos on another computer?

I have the same NEF files on two different computers. On one machine, I reviewed them in ViewNX2 and added ratings and color/number labels.

Can ViewNX2 save or embed those ratings/labels so they can be copied to the other computer and still appear there? If so, do I need to export metadata separately, or just copy the image files after the metadata has been written?

ViewNX can embed Labels and Rating into XMP metadata of the images, so you can copy them to another computer with View/Capture NX and your marks will be visible.
