I’m new to film photography and recently got an Olympus Pen EES-2. On my camera, the ASA setting appears to be stuck at 250, while the aperture and focus distance controls still move normally. Is the ASA meant to be adjustable on this model, and if so, how is it changed?

Based on this photo, turning the front silver ring is the only way to set it.
