Can Lightroom make a Smart Collection for photos with Saturation set to 0?

I want to automatically gather all photos whose Develop Saturation value is exactly 0 into a Smart Collection. Is there a rule in Lightroom that can filter by that specific Develop setting, or is there another built-in way to approximate this?

With the current version of Lightroom this is not possible, however you can create a smart collection of images based on their Treatment which can be either color or black and white:

If you can find a way to set your black and white photos to use this Treatment flag to indicate they are monochrome (again, I can see no quick way to do this), then you should be able to create and maintain a smart collection of this kind.

No—Lightroom’s Smart Collections do not support filtering by a specific Develop slider value such as Saturation = 0.
A partial workaround is to use the Treatment criterion, which can identify images marked as Color or Black & White. If your goal is to collect monochrome images, a Smart Collection based on Black & White treatment may help.
However, that is not the same as checking whether the Saturation slider is exactly 0, and Lightroom does not provide a built-in Smart Collection rule for that specific Develop adjustment value.
