I upload many of my photos to Facebook and would like to tag people from within Lightroom 3. Is there a Lightroom plugin or workflow that lets me add people tags in my catalog and use them for Facebook publishing?

At this moment I don't know any plugin that will do that. You can combine Picasa and Lightroom... more information on google http://lmgtfy.com/?q=lightroom+facebook+tag+people

Generated from our catalog & community — verify before relying on it.
Lightroom 3 does not natively provide Facebook-style people tagging, and the community answers do not identify a plugin that directly adds Facebook person tags from within Lightroom.
One suggested workaround is to use Picasa alongside Lightroom. A referenced Jeffrey Friedl plugin can import face data from Picasa into Lightroom, which may help with managing face metadata in your catalog. However, based on the answers provided, this is not confirmed as a way to publish Facebook tags directly.
So the practical conclusion is: there does not appear to be a direct Lightroom 3 plugin for Facebook people tagging, but a Lightroom+Picasa workflow may be worth exploring if you want face information in your catalog.
