Can cameras save and recall manual exposure settings with a shortcut?

I’m using multiple exposure mode to combine a properly exposed Moon shot with a second exposure for the landscape. One issue is that changing from one manual setup to another can take long enough for the Moon to shift slightly.
For example, I might need one exposure around f/10, 1/250s, ISO 250 for the Moon, then quickly switch to something like f/4, 1/2s, ISO 2000 for the foreground. I’d like to know whether this can be done with a shortcut or saved preset instead of changing aperture, shutter speed, and ISO manually each time.
Specifically:
- Does the Fujifilm X-T2 offer any way to save and instantly recall fixed manual exposure combinations?
- Do other modern cameras offer this kind of feature?

I can't speak for all manufacturers, but can answer your point 2. Canon does.
Their higher end models on the top mode wheel (e.g. auto, P, aperture priority/shutter speed priority and manual etc), also have from one to three C modes. These allow you to register and save settings, be it shooting mode (manual, aperture priority etc) down to their relevant settings of shutter speed, ISO etc, focus modes shootings styles. Anything.
Then next time you want to use that mode, you just twiddle the wheel onto the top.
Nikon offers a smilar as "U" modes.

Many cameras do offer this, typically through custom shooting modes that save a whole camera setup and recall it instantly.
Canon commonly labels these as C modes, Nikon often uses U modes, and Pentax also uses U/User modes. These presets can usually store exposure mode and settings such as shutter speed, ISO, focus mode, and other shooting options. Switching to the saved mode is much faster than re-entering everything manually.
On some Nikon bodies without a traditional mode dial, similar behavior can be done through photo banks, though access may be menu-based and slower than a dial position.
For Fujifilm, some models such as the X-T20 and X-A2 were noted as having custom modes on the dial. Based on the answers provided, the X-T2 does not appear to offer a direct shortcut for recalling fixed manual exposure combinations in the same way as C/U custom dial modes.
So in short: this feature exists on many modern cameras, but the X-T2 likely isn’t the best fit if instant recall of two manual exposure setups is a priority.
