I have a D.O. Industries Navitron 50mm f/0.95 and want to know whether it can be mounted on a Nikon camera. Is there any adapter that would let it work properly?

No. There are several problems here. This lens looks a lot like the Senko 50mm f/0.95, i.e., it is a C-mount lens for 1" format video. This lens vignettes even on micro four-thirds (2x crop). There's no way the image circle will cover an APS-C or full-frame camera, and the registration distance is much much smaller than that of Nikon F. In order to get the lens close enough to the sensor to focus properly, you'd have to remove your camera's mirrorbox.

Probably not in any practical way on a Nikon F-mount DSLR. This lens appears to be a C-mount design for 1-inch video cameras, with a much shorter flange distance than Nikon F. Because Nikon F bodies place the sensor farther from the lens mount, a simple adapter cannot position the lens close enough to reach proper focus.
There is also an image-circle problem: lenses of this type typically do not cover APS-C or full-frame Nikon sensors, so heavy vignetting would be expected even if mounting were possible. One answer notes that similar lenses vignette even on Micro Four Thirds.
So, for a Nikon DSLR, the answer is effectively no. In theory, only extreme modification would make it possible, and it still would not cover the sensor properly. If you want to experiment with this lens, it is better suited to a camera system with a very short flange distance and a smaller sensor.
